JOHANNESBURG – The 31st of March is meant to be the day e-tolls are switched off.
But government and Sanral now seem to be driving in opposite directions.
In his SOPA, Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi promised R12-billion would be paid to settle the debt.

Drivers are now wondering if they should continue paying or tag out.
